SUMMER CAMPS

Player Development Camp: at Moore Park
(Level 1-2 Players) Designed for players aged 6-12 (Recreational Players and beginners)

Training Dates:

June 25th -28th (Monday- Thursday) 9:00 am- 12:00 pm

YPD Soccer training will follow a three-hour, four-day format, designed to meet the developmental demands of players at the Recreational level. This training program will focus on maximizing the number of touches each player gets on the ball through individual and small sided activities.

Advanced Player Development Camp: at Moore Park
(Level 3) Designed for players aged 11-18 (Competitive Club Players)

Training Dates:

June 25th -28th (Monday - Thursday) 9:00 am- 12:00 pm

APD Soccer training will follow a 3 hour, four-day format, designed to meet the tactical demands of competitive players aged 11 to 18. This training program will allow advanced players to train with the CSC Coaching staff. The training curriculum will include:

                                  1) Speed, Agility, and Quickness (SAQ)
                                  2) individual repetitions in defending, dribbling and finishing
                                  3) Coaching speed of play through small sided games

GK Player Development Camp: at Moore Park
Designed for youth players aged 11-18

Training Dates:

June 25th -28th (Monday- Thursday) 9:00 am- 12:00 pm

GPD Soccer training will follow a 3 hour, four- day format designed to meet the technical and tactical needs of a Goalkeeper. Speed, Agility and Quickness, footwork, and pressure training will all be parts of the daily training sessions.

SPEED, AGILITY, and QUICKNESS

SAQ- Speed Agillity Quickness Camps

  • Who:  Ages 10U-18U
  • Time: 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm
  • Where: LUS FIBER STADIUM / CSC Soccer Office Indoor Room
  • Drop off/Check-in behind the LYSA/CSC Soccer Office
  • Bring soccer cleats, indoor shoes, water bottle, and ball

SAQ Program Consist of:

  • Agility Prep: Balance & Hopping with footwork patterns
  • Total Body & Core Body weight strength training
  • Skill ball work with focus on Athletic movements and footwork

KEY NOTES OF SESSIONS

  • Each player will receive a Cajun Soccer Club SAQ shirt 
  • Please bring a ball, indoor shoes, cleats, and water bottle
  • STAFF INLCUDES: Dave Lapeyrouse and John Plumbar

· Players will be grouped with similar age and ability for training efficiency

· Cost $100

Session 1: $100 – Mon and Wed June 11th, 13th, 18th, 20th, 25th 27th

Session 2: $100 – Mon and Wed July 9th, 11th, 16th, 18th, 23rd, 25th

Individual Walk Ups are $30 per session
