July Session Dates:

  • July 10th, 11th, 13th, Mon Tue Thu
  • July 17th, 18th Mon Tue
  • July 24th, 25th, 26th, Mon Tue Wed

Time: 9:00am -10:30am 

Place: Moore Park 4 / SAQ room (attached to Soccer Office)

** Players will be grouped with similiar age and ability for training effieciency

SAQ open to players 10U - 19U

SAQ Program Consist of:

  • Agility Prep: Balance & Hopping with footwork patterns
  • Total Body & Core Body weight strength training
  • Skill ball work with focus on Athletic movements and footwork


  • Each player will receive a Cajun Soccer Club SAQ shirt 
  • Please bring a ball, indoor shoes, cleats, and water bottle
  • STAFF INLCUDES: Dave Lapeyrouse, Aaron Cline, Jonathan Walsh, and other CSC staff Coaches
